What is the delivery time of my order? The delivery time within the Netherlands is in  1 to 2 working days. The delivery time to Belgium is 2 to 3 working days. It is possible that postal distribution (PostNL or DPD) is delayed beyond our control. A package can be delivered to your home, or to a pick-up location, you must indicate this with your order. What are the shipping costs? All our orders are sent with a track and trace certificate, so you can track the package online. For the Netherlands applies: for a letterbox package you pay 5 euros and for a package 7.50. For Belgium a letterbox package is 7.75 euros and for a package up to 1 kg 11 euros and up to 10 kg 13.50 euros. If your order needs to be sent to another country, please contact us for the most favorable rates How will my order be shipped? Orders within the Netherlands that fit through the letterbox are sent with PostNL or DPD. In this case you do not have to stay at home to receive your order. Orders that do not fit through the letterbox are sent with DPD parcel service. Orders abroad are sent with DPD. What are the payment options? You have 14 days to return your order if – for whatever reason – you are not completely happy with your purchase. we will refund the value of the returned item in the same way that you paid us. The return costs are for your own account. Make sure you send the items with track and trace and keep the shipping receipt carefully until we have received the items. As soon as we have received the order back in unused condition, you will receive your payment within 7 days at the latest. If an Item has been ordered especially for you or it is a custom product, it is not possible to return the product.
