You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement. Article 1. Definitions In these terms and conditions: General terms and conditions: These general terms and conditions have been drawn up by Suits by Queens. Suits by Queens is registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 85020885 and has its registered office in (5624 CB) Eindhoven at Boschdijk 600. Entrepreneur: the (legal) person who acts in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance agreement with Suits by Queens. Consumer: the person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance agreement with Suits by Queens. Customer: the entrepreneur or consumer who purchases a service or product from Suits by Queens. Distance contract: an agreement whereby, within the framework of a system organized by Suits by Queens for the distance sale of products and/or services, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract . Technique for distance communication: means that can be used to conclude an agreement, without the customer and Suits by Queens meeting in the same room at the same time. Reflection period: the period within which the customer can make use of his right of withdrawal. Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the customer to waive the distance contract within the cooling-off period. Day: calendar day; Durable data carrier: any means that enables the customer to store information addressed to him personally in a way that allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information. Customization: a (fashion) product composed and adapted on the basis of specific wishes of the customer Article 2. Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Suits by Queens and to every distance agreement concluded between Suits by Queens and the customer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the customer. If this is not reasonably possible, before the distance contract is concluded, it will be indicated that the general terms and conditions can be viewed at Suits by Queens and that they will be sent free of charge as soon as possible at the request of the customer, electronically. The customer can easily save the general terms and conditions on a durable data carrier. In the event that specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the second paragraph applies mutatis mutandis. Any general terms and conditions of customers and/or third parties do not apply to the agreement between the customer and Suits by Queens. Article 3. Quotations and offers All offers and quotations made by Suits by Queens are without obligation and are valid for 7 days, unless agreed otherwise in writing. An offer only applies to the specific products and does not guarantee the same price for future offers. The customer must provide various (personal) data for the quotations and/or invoices drawn up. Suits by Queens may assume that the information provided is correct. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered, the price and the payment conditions. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the customer. If there are circumstances that can influence the execution of the agreement, for example a pregnancy, the customer is obliged to inform Suits by Queens so that they can take this into account. All images shown on the Suits by Queens website, among others, are faithfully reproduced. Apparent mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Suits by Queens. Article 4. The agreement The agreement is concluded when the customer shows that he agrees with the assignment by accepting the offer, paying (part of) the amount, signing the offer or by accepting the order in writing. If the customer has accepted the offer electronically, Suits by Queens will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically.
