Delivery to Belgium usually takes <strong>2\u20133 business days<\/strong>. Please note that delays may occasionally occur during postal distribution by PostNL or DPD that are beyond our control.<\/p>\n<p>Your order can be delivered to your home address or to a collection point. You can select your preferred delivery option when placing your order.<\/p>\n<h6>What are the shipping costs?<\/h6>\n<p>All orders are shipped with a <strong>Track &amp; Trace service<\/strong>, allowing you to follow your package online.<\/p>\n<p>For the Netherlands:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Letterbox package: <strong>\u20ac6<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For Belgium:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Letterbox package: <strong>\u20ac9<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you would like your order to be shipped to another country, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with the most competitive shipping rate available.<\/p>\n<h6>How will my order be shipped?<\/h6>\n<p>Orders within the Netherlands that fit through the letterbox are shipped via <strong>PostNL, DHL or DPD<\/strong>. In this case, you do not need to be at home to receive your order.<\/p>\n<p>Orders that do not fit through the letterbox are shipped via <strong>DPD parcel service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>International orders are shipped via <strong>DPD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h6>How can I exchange or return my order?<\/h6>\n<p><\/p>\n<h6>Returns<\/h6>\n<p>You have <strong>14 days<\/strong> to return your order if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before returning an item, you must first register your return request with us by email and include the return form below. Unfortunately, returns that have not been registered in advance cannot be processed or accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once your return request has been approved, you can send the items back to us.
